Arthur Arbesser Joins Iceberg as New Creative Director
Arthur Arbesser has been named the new Creative Director of Iceberg women’s line. Born in Austria, Arbesser made Milan his home after working in Giorgio Armani’s studio for several years after graduating from Central Saint Martins. He launched his label in 2013 going on to winning the ‘Who Is On Next?’ award and becoming a semifinalist in the LVMH Prize. His first show for the house will be Spring 2016, where he’ll present a full collection for Iceberg at MFW.
Alessandro Cremonesi Departs from Jil Sander
After seven years, Alessandro Cremonesi is leaving his position as CEO of Jil Sander. His responsibilities will be passed on to Chairman of the Board, Franco Pené.
Alessandra Bettari Joins Jil Sander
Alessandra Bettari is leaving her position as Chief Executive of Valextra to join Jil Sander. Bettari will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of Jil Sander. Before taking on her executive role at Valextra, she was Global Commercial Director at Joseph. Prior to that she was CEO and President of Fendi Japan.
Aaron Levine Joins Abercrombie & Fitch as Head of Men’s Design
Aaron Levine, former VP of Men’s Design at Club Monaco, is the new Head of Men’s Design at Abercrombie & Fitch. Previously, Levine served as designer for Jack Spade and Creative Director of Rogues Gallery.

Teen retailer Aéropostale’s EVP and top merchandiser, Emilia Fabricant, has left the firm. Fabricant was previously president of Bebe Stores Inc.
Emma Hill, former Mulberry designer, Launches Hill & Friends Accessory Line
Emma Hill, who left Mulberry two years ago, is getting ready to launch her own line of accessories along with former Mulberry brand director, Georgia Fendley. Her first Spring 2016 collection for the new label, Hill & Friends, will be presented at London Fashion Week in September.
Deborah Yeh Named as SVP, Marketing and Brand for Sephora
Sephora has promoted Deborah Yeh as SVP of Marketing and Brand. In her new role, Yeh’s leadership responsibility will include supervision of the creative team. Yeh joined Sephora in 2012 as VP of Marketing and prior to that was VP of Marketing at Old Navy.

President and CEO of Oxford Industries Inc., Thomas Chubb III, has been elected to the post of Chairman of the Atlanta-based apparel firm. Prior to being named President, Chubb spent five years as EVP; he joined Oxford in 1988.
