Dolce & Gabbana Names Dan Rothmann as U.S. President and CEO
Dan Rothmann has been appointed to President and CEO of Dolce & Gabbana’s US branch. This isn’t Rothmann’s first time working for Dolce & Gabbana, having previously served as VP of Sales in North America from 2004-2010. Since then, he was VP of Sales and Retail at Staff International, and most recently Brand President of the America’s at Chloé.
Michael Kors Taps Francesca Leoni to be SVP and CBO
Francesca Leoni is being brought on as Senior Vice President and Chief Brand Officer at Michael Kors. Previously, Leoni was Worldwide Communications Director at Valentino for 7 years. Before that, she was Worldwide PR and Events Director at Bulgari, and prior acting as Senior Director of PR and Cultural Events at Hermès.
Canada Goose Hires Rick Wood as COO
Rick Wood joins Canada Goose as their new Chief Commercial Officer. Previously, Wood was Executive Director at ArchPoint Consulting. In the past Wood also worked multiple managerial positions at The North Face from 1996 to 2006. In his new position, Wood will be responsible for expanding Canada Goose’s international growth.
Anthony Cuthbertson Joins Topshop as Design Director
Effective January 2nd, Anthony Cuthbertson will be the Design Director of Topshop and Topman. Cuthbertson joins from Just Cavalli where he was Design Director. His creative portfolio also includes Mulberry, Sass & Bide, and Victoria Beckham. In his new position at Topshop, Cuthbertson’s focus will be centered around product, and he will report to CEO Paul Price.
Johan De Niel Promoted at VF International to VP of Wrangler EMEA
Wrangler’s EMEA operations has a new VP, Johan De Niel. In his new position De Niel will report to Jeanswear President EMEA, Massimo Ferrucci.
Peter Kats Promoted at VF International to VP of Lee EMEA
Peter Kats takes on the role of VP of Lee EMEA. In his new position De Niel will report to Jeanswear President EMEA, Massimo Ferrucci.
Virginie Morgon Promoted at Eurazeo to CEO
French investment firm Eurazeo has a new CEO in Virginie Morgon, effective March 19th, 2018. Morgon has served as Deputy CEO since 2014 and has sat on the executive board for ten years. Morgon’s nomination was unanimously voted upon by Eurazeo’s advisory board. In her new position, Morgon will strengthen Eurazeo’s role as a key player in private equity.
Sharmadean Reid Tapped by Feelunique.com as Lead Advisory Board Member
Beauty E-Retailer Feelunique.com has brought on Sharmadean Reid to lead their advisory board. Reid is founder of Wah Nails, known for leading the nail art trends of recent years. The move comes as Feelunique prepares to shift their focus to the millennial consumer.
Dunhill Taps Mathieu Kraut as Brand President and Brand Director, Americas
Mathieu Kraut has been brought on as Dunhill’s new Brand President and Brand Director of the Americas. Kraut joins from Gucci where he was General Brand Manager. Prior to that, Kraut was Senior Business Director at Saks Fifth Avenue.
Masumi Natsusaka Steps Down from Kanebo Cosmetics as President
At the end of the year, Masumi Natsusaka will leave Kanebo Cosmetics after five years as President of the company. Having taken on the position in 2012, Natsusaka lead Kanebo Cosmetics through a widespread recall of over 50 products, managing to restructure and make improvements in response to the recall. He will be succeeded by Yoshihiro Murakami.

Succeeding Natsusaka as President of Kanebo is Yoshihio Murakami. Murakami currently serves as President of Global Skincare at Kao Corp., the parent company of Kanebo.
Georges Barakat, previously Regional Director for the Middle East and North America at Samsung, is now Brand Director for MEITAR (Middle East, India, Turkey, Africa, and Russia) for Alfred Dunhill Ltd.
Sade Teyibo, previously U.S. PR Manager for Vestiaire Collective, is now PR Manager for YOOX North America.
Jessica Martinez Cone, previously PR Coordinator at Carolina Herrera, is now Events and Special Projects Coordinator at Veronica Beard.
Salvatore Ferragamo Hosts Coed Show this February
During this February’s Milan Fashion Week, Salvatore Ferragamo will combine their men’s and women’s shows. Their men’s collection, designed by Guillaume Meilland, and their women’s collection, designed by Paul Andrew, will take the stage together to showcase their fall 2018 lines.
ANDAM Names Guillaume Houzé as President
Guillaume Houzé has been appointed as the next president of ANDAM. Along with this new position, Houzé will continue to serve as Image and Communications Manager of Galeries Lafayette. Houzé succeeds the late Pierre Bergé, who founded ANDAM in 1989 and served as its President since then.
