Marc Jacobs Adds John Targon to Design Team
Given a role that has not yet been specified, John Targon will join the design team at Marc Jacobs. Targon is the Co-Founder and Creative Director at Baja East, a position he has held for the past 4 years. Before creating his own label, Targon worked wholesale at Burberry as their Director of Menswear. Prior to that, he was National Sales Director at CÉLINE.
Fabian Garcia Departs Revlon as CEO
CEO of Revlon Cosmetics, Fabian Garcia, has resigned. Board member Paul Meister will serve as Interim Executive while the company searches for Garcia’s successor. Prior to his time at Revlon, Garcia was Chief Operating Officer at Colgate-Palmolive, and before that he was SVP at Timberland. Garcia also worked as President of Chanel’s Asia-Pacific Operations from 1996-2001.
Liberty London Appoints Adil Mehboob-Khan as CEO
Adil Mehboob-Khan has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of British department store Liberty London. Mehboob-Khan joins from Luxottica where he was CEO for nearly two years. Prior to that he was President and CEO of Wella, a German beauty company, for four years. Mehboob-Khan also previously worked as Vice President of Beauty- Europe for Procter & Gamble.
Johnathan Crocker Joins Baldwin as President
Denim ready-to-wear brand Baldwin has named Jonathan Crocker as President. Previously, Crocker was VP of Global Communications at AG Jeans until this past August. Since then he has been working with Baldwin consulting on their Board. In his new position, Crocker will oversee Baldwin’s communications, sales, creative and design strategies.
Fred Perry Taps Richard Gilmore as Managing Director
Fred Perry has appointed Richard Gilmore as their new Managing Director. This isn’t Gilmore’s first time with the British fashion house, as he previously worked as their Planning Director from 2006-2013. Since then Gilmore served as Chief Operating Officer at Jigsaw.
Luciano Benetton Returns to United Colors of Benetton as EVP.
Luciano Benetton is returning to his namesake company as its Executive Vice President. Benetton’s goal is to revive the company he founded back in 1965.
Smythson Taps Luc Goidadin as Creative Director
Luc Goidadin is joining the luxury British brand Smythson as their new Creative Director. Previously, Goidadin had worked at Burberry for about 17 years, most recently serving as their Chief Design Officer.
Bealls Outlet Promotes John Dominguez as Divisional VP and Merchandise General Manager
John Dominguez has been promoted at Bealls Outlet to the positions of General Merchandise Manager and Divisional VP. Dominguez has been with Bealls since 2005 and has served in numerous managerial positions since. In his new position, Dominguez will oversee the men’s, swimwear, activewear, and baby divisions.
Bealls Outlet Taps Lisa Surella as VP, General Merchandise Manager of Ladies’ Apparel
Lisa Surella is joining Bealls Outlets as their new VP and General Merchandise Manager for Ladies’ Apparel. Surella joins from Burlington Coat Factory where she held the same position. Prior to that she was Co-President of Dots, and before that she worked managerial positions at Five Below, Walmart, Lord & Taylor, and Macy’s. In her new position, Surella will oversee all womenswear merchandising including misses, dresses, plus sizes, and juniors.
Bruno Frisoni will be leaving Roger Vivier after the brand’s Paris show on February 27.
Amy Price, previously VP of Sales, Merchandising and Planning at Delta Galil Industries, is now SVP, Men’s Division Head, at the company.
Simon Dan Sirixay, previously Account Manager at Karla Otto, is now PR Manager of Chloé Americas.
Emma Mentor is now PR Manager of Chloé Americas.
Andy Asseo previously Sales and Marketing Manager at Tim Coppens, is leaving the company.

Marie Claire Taps Sally Holmes as Digital Director
Sally Holmes has been appointed Marie Claire’s new Digital Director of MarieClaire.com. Holmes joins from fellow Hearst-owned publication Elle where she was Executive Director of Elle.com. Prior to that, she was the Fashion Producer at New York Magazine’s The Cut. Holmes succeeds Jessica Pels who is now Digital Director at Cosmopolitan.com.
Richard Dennen Named Tatler’s Editor-in-Chief
Tatler has found their new Editor-in-Chief in Richard Dennen. Dennen joins from Mail on Sunday where he was a Features Writer at Large. Previously Dennen has written for the Evening Standard and the Sunday Times. He succeeds Kate Reardon, who recently stepped down from the position after seven years.
J. Errico, previously Fashion Director at Nylon, is now Fashion Director of Marie Claire.
Eric Alt, previously Editorial Content Director at The Clio Awards, is now Executive Editor at Evolve Media.
Camille Easy is now Senior Account Manager at Karla Otto.
