Prada SpA has named Alessandra Cozzani as the firm’s new CFO succeeding Donatello Galli, who resigned for personal reasons. Ms. Cozzani previously served as Prada’s Group Investor Relations Director since July 2010, and prior to that was Group Financial Reports Director at the firm. Cozzani joined Prada Group in 2000 and started her career as an auditor at Coopers & Librand.

Sharen Jester Turney, has resigned as CEO of Victoria’s Secret. Turney joined Victoria’s Secret in 2006 from Neiman Marcus, where she was President and CEO of their consumer direct business. Chairman and CEO of Victoria’s Secret parent company L. Brands, Leslie Wexner, will oversee the role.

British lifestyle brand Hunter has appointed Vincent Wauters as their new CEO. Wauters joins the firm from Arc’teryx, where he served as President. Prior to Arc’teryx, Wauters served as SVP Operations within Amer Sports Corporation. Previously, he worked for Newell Rubbermaid in various operational roles from 2002-08, and for Amazon in France, where he was one of the company’s first employees.

Simona Zerchi has joined Calvin Klein Inc. as SVP of Global Sales. Zerchi was formerly VP of Wholesale for Gucci America, and previously served as President of Casadei USA as well as President of Celine USA. Zerchi will report to President of Calvin Klein Collection, Michelle Kessler-Sanders.

Calvin Klein Collection has tapped Stephanie Reiner as SVP of Merchandising. Reiner was previously with The Donna Karan Company for 11 years, where she last held the role of SVP  Merchandising, Product Development and Production.

London-based Pringle of Scotland has tapped Fran Stringer as Womenswear Design Director, a newly created role. Stringer previously was Head of RTW Design for Mulberry for five years, and prior to that held various roles at Aquascutum, TopShop and AllSaints. Her appointment allows Massimo Nicosia to focus his energies on the menswear business as Menswear Design Director, sharing joint creative control for the house.

Kurt Messenger Joins American Apparel as SVP Manufacturing
Los Angeles-based firm American Apparel has tapped Kurt Messenger as SVP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Messenger, who served as a consultant to the company for the past six months, previously spent eight years as VP of manufacturing at Warnaco Swimwear Group.

Martin Bailey, Chief Manufacturing Officer of American Apparel, has left the firm.
