Carven Taps Serge Ruffieux as Creative Director
Serge Ruffieux has been named Creative Director at Carven. Ruffieux’s first collection for the house will be the Resort 2018 season. Previously Ruffieux led the house of Dior’s design team under Raf Simons holding the role of co-artistic director between the depart of Simons and arrival of current Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri.

Reed Krakoff Joins Tiffany & Co. as Chief Artistic Officer
Former Coach Creative Director, Reed Krakoff, has been appointed Chief Artistic Officer, a newly created position, at Tiffany & Co.. Krakoff, who shutter his namesake collection several years ago, will succeed Francesca Amfitheatrof, who will leave the company after three and a half years at the firm.

After joining Tiffany & Co. in 2013, Fashion Director Francesca Amfitheatrof is parting ways with the firm. Amfitheatrof previously spent two decades creating jewellery at Chanel and Fendi under the direction of Karl Lagerfeld.

After 13 years at the helm as CEO and President, Jonathan Heilbron is stepping down from his role. Heilbron joins dat house in 1997 as Finance Director.

Christopher Zanardi to Become Thomas Pink CEO
LVMH owned Thomas Pink has named Christopher Zanardi, as CEO. Zanardi joins the firm from LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton where he served as EVP of Commercial Activities since 2012. Zanardi’s career at LVMH began in 2001 when he joined the organization as International Retail Director for Fendi Italia. After that he served as CEO/GM of Louis Vuitton China and President of Louis Vuitton North Asia. He previously worked at Alfred Dunhill.

DKNY Names Barbara Kennedy President
G-III Apparel Group has tapped Barbara Kennedy as President of Wholesale, Design, Merchandising and Sales at Donna Karan/DKNY. Previously she served as President of Dresses at Ralph Lauren Corp.

Escada’s Fashion Director Daniel Wingate Departs
After 13 years at the helm, Escada’s Fashion Director Daniel Wingate is parting ways with the Munich based fashion house. After joining the house in 2003 as Design Director, Wingat was promoted to Fashion Director in 2012. Prior to that he held various design roles at Strenesse, Marc O’Polo and Hugo Boss woman.

Clémande Burgevin Blachman, previously Creative Director at BETC Paris, is now Vice President of Design for Calvin Klein Home.

Temperley London Promotes Patricia Sancho to CEO
Patricia Sancho, who previously served as President at Temperley London, has been promoted to the role of CEO. Sancho joined Temperley in 2013 as SVP of Global Sales from Juicy Couture, where she held the role of Commercial Director for Europe and the Middle East for five years.

Corrado Masini is now Global Brand Director and Chief Commercial Officer as Italian casualwear label Harmont & Blaine.

Chris Clark, previously Senior Marketing Manger at Dunhill, is now Marketing Director, Europe and U.S., at R.M.Williams.

Zoe Saunders, previously PR Coordinator at Lord & Taylor, is now PR Manager at Cynthia Rowley.

Vogue Italia Names Emanuele Farneti as Editor-in-Chief
Emanuele Farneti has been appointed as Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia and L’Uomo Vogue. Farneti joins Vogue Italia from GQ Italia where he served as Editor-in-Chief since 2015, before that he held the same title at Condé Nast’s Architectural Design since 2014. Farneti began his career in TV and joined Condé Nast in 1999 as part of the team that launched GQ Italia.

Wolfgang Blau

Condé Nast International Names Wolfgang Blau President
Condé Nast International’s Chief Digital Officer, Wolfgang Blau, will become President of the firm this August, replacing Nicholas Coleridge who is moving into the Chairman role. Prior to joining Condé Nast International, Blau was the Director of Digital Strategy for The Guardian and for five years served as Editor-in-Chief of Zeit Online.

Albert Read Appointed Condé Nast International Managing Director
London based Condé Nast International has named Albert Read as managing Director. Previously Read served as Deputy Managing Director at Condé Nast International for the last five years. Prior to that he held various roles at the firm since join it in 2001.

Vogue UK Taps Jamie Jouning as Digital Director
Jamie Jouning, currently Publishing Director of British Glamour, has been appointed Digital Director at Vogue UK. Jouning previously served as Digital Director of Condé Nast Britain as well as Publisher of British GQ. He joined Condé Nast in 1999.

Peter Hunsinger departs Condé Nast as Chief Revenue Officer of Golf Digest
At 36 years at Condé Nast, Pete Hunsinger is leaving the firm. Hunsinger most recently served Chief Revenue Officer of Golf Digest a role he took in 2011. Prior to that he served as Publisher of GQ and held various publishing roles at Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest and Gourmet.

Greg Schumann, previously President of Sales and Marketing, Pharmaceuticals at Time Inc., is now Group President of Sales at Time Inc..

Karen Kovacs, previously President of Sales and Marketing for Food/Beverage/Spirits at Time Inc., is now Group President of Sales at Time Inc..

Susan Parkes, previously PR Manager at Time Inc., is now Senior Vice President of Advertising and Brand Marketing.
