True Religion has named John Ermatinger as CEO as current CEO David Conn has left the company. Ermatinger was previously interim SVP of Global Sourcing and Production, and prior to that held leadership roles at Tommy Hilfiger, Gap Inc. and Nike in their Asia Pacific division.
Donald T. Grimes Unites with Neiman Marcus
The Neiman Marcus Group has appointed Donald T. Grimes as their new EVP, COO, and CFO, replacing Jim Skinner, who has since been promoted to the newly created position of vice chairman. Grimes was previously SVP and CFO of American footwear manufacturer, Wolverine World Wide Inc.

Amy Williams has been promoted from President to CEO of LA based denim label, Citizens of Humanity.

Cath Kidston Taps Geert Peeters as Chief Operating Officer
Geert Peeters snags COO promotion at Cath Kidston. Peeters has been a member of the Cath Kinston team since 2012 as a supply chain director, later promoted to director of global supply chain and, lastly, production development in 2013. Peeters had also held previous positions at VF Corporation and Levi Strauss & Co.
Theresa Palermo Joins Vera Bradley as CMO
Vera Bradley has appointed Theresa Palermo as EVP and CMO. Palermo previously worked with Fossil Group as VP of Global Marketing and PR. Prior to Fossil, Palermo held marketing roles at The Timberland Company, J. Jill Group, and Collective Brands.
Men’s Wearhouse Names Ben Baum as Head of all Digital Efforts
Ben Baum has been hired by The Men’s Wearhouse Inc. as newly created position, EVP and Chief Digital Officer. Baum was previously Chief Digital Officer of Bebe Stores Inc., and prior to that head of Business Development, Multichannel Retail and Shopping for Google Inc., as well as several other merchandising positions with Target. Baum will now be responsible for leading all digital and omnichannel commerce, initiatives across multiple digital, mobile, and emerging brand platforms for Men’s Wearhouse, Moors, Joseph Abboud, and K&G.
Wolverine Hires Michael D. Stornant as CFO
Michael D. Stornant has been tapped as SVP, CFO and Treasurer of Wolverine Worldwide. Stornant will succeed Donald T. Grimes, who left for Neiman Marcus. Stornant serves as a 19-year veteran of Wolverine, most recently appointed as VP of Corporate Finance, including global responsibility for the firm’s corporate accounting, financial planning, tax and credit actions. Stornant will now report to Wolverine chairman, CEO and president, Blake W. Krueger.

Luxury footwear label, Harrys of London, has named Steven Newey as CEO, effective immediately. Newey previously held the position of Global Group Commercial Director at Mulberry, as well as General Manager EMEA for Berluti and Area Manager of the U.K., France, Germany, and Austria for Loro Piana.
