Alexander Wang is now CEO and Chairman of his eponymous brand. Wang, who is also Creative Director, replaces current CEO Aimie Wang and Chairwoman, Ying Wang when founded in 2005.

Caroline Wang has joined Alexander Wang as Executive Vice Chairman. Previously, Wang was a Professor at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. Prior to that, she served as VP of IBM in Asia Pacific.

Mary Wang Named EVP of Alexander Wang
Mary Wang has been named EVP of Alexander Wang. Wang was most recently President of DKNY. Prior to that, she had been at Donna Karan for 20 years. In her new position, Wang will be overseeing global operations.

CEO and Chairwoman Departs from Alexander Wang
CEO Ying Wang, and Chairwoman Aimie Wang, will step down from their roles, but remain shareholders and board members. Ying Wang and Aimie Wang co-founded the company with Alexander Wang in 2005, along with his brother, Dennis Wang, who remains an advisor at the firm.
