Burberry launched an exclusive collection for Net-a-Porter that is inspired by the label’s September 2017 collection

The partnership between Burberry and Net-a-Porter dates back to 2005 when the online retailer launched the London-based fashion house’s Spring 2005 collection. Burberry, over 10 years later, celebrates the ongoing partnership with an exclusive womenswear collection.

Inspired by the Burberry September 2017 collection that debuted at Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell, the 14-piece collection is comprised of lace dresses and gowns, Jodhpur trousers, long tartan check skirts and plastic waterproof outerwear in winter sorbet shades such as pink, green and blue, and classic Burberry colors navy, camel, red and black.

The label’s vintage check is a focus in the collection, appearing on a bomber and coat linings, tartan patterns appear on skirts complimented by cable knits featuring hand-knitted patchworks, and faux fur coats and military jackets in red and green round out the collection in signature style.

Net-a-Porter also launched a campaign video to support the collection. Shot by Tom Craig and directed by Jon Wetherell, the video follows three women that take a day trip to a new locale. The characters board a train and head to an unnamed city to take in the sights and sprawling landscapes, bringing nothing with them but the stylish clothes on their backs.
