Stuart Vevers’ first Coach Men’s ad campaign

After a strong first showing in London of his Coach Men’s Collection, designer Stuart Vevers is following up with an ad campaign with models looking as they were lifted from his inspiration, the Gus Van Sant film, My Own Private Idaho.

Art directed by Fabien Baron of Baron & Baron and lensed by Steven Meisel, the campaign featured the disheveled hair and casual coolness of the film’s lead characters portrayed by River Phoenix and Keanu Reeves. Picking up the mantle of the rebellious duo are models Ben Allen and Niels Trispel.

Vevers will have a chance to keep that American rebelliousness going this Saturday as he presents his follow up Men’s Spring 2016 collection during London Fashion Week. Stay tuned as The Impression will be there to bring you all the men’s coverage.
