Frame Denim’s New Video May Launch the Next French Wave & Natasha Poly’s Next Career

By Kenneth Richard | The Impressionist

Frame Denim is by all accounts a big idea. Creative Directors and Founders of Saturday Group, Erik Torstensson and Jens Grede, decided to put their money where their mouth is and invest in the other side by developing a brand. And a fast growing international one at that due to their astute marketing prowess, business savvy and design acumen.

Could the titles of ‘Music Producers’ soon follow as with the release of their latest Frame video, “Alert Amour,”  the brand may be launching the signing career of fashion’s very own Natasha Poly. Poly, cooing in both French and English, channels her inner Jane Birkin to “push on through” a synthesized modernist tune by Jamie Girdler & Brendan Lynch (aka Society).

The Impression believes the combination of Poly’s vocals with Society’s hybrid of cinematic strings and moderns samples are a album worth cutting. Our advice to the duo of Saturday, found ‘Sunday Morning’ records already and push on through to even newer territory.

P.S. Those speakers!
