The Best EYEWEAR from Fall 2016 Fashion Shows
Contrary to popular opinion of fashion marketers, optical eyewear, rather than sunglasses, makes up ~90% of all eyewear sales, yet sunglass ads rule the pages of monthly fashion issues come June-July. Gucci ‘clearly’ understood this as they showcased their oversized eyewear on the runway this season with their eclectic vintage feel frames.
While we expect others to follow suit for the following season, Spring 2016 ranged from mod at Michael Kors to optic and wavy at Fendi.
