Pascal Dangin & Patrick Demarchelier Join Forces on Latest Vera Wang Ad Campaign

By Olivia Pentell | Impressionist

Vera Wang’s Fall 2015 ad campaign stars models Binx Walton and Josephine Le Tutor, photographed by Patrick Demarchelier in association with creative director Pascal Dangin of KiDS. The models strike edgy poses in exquisite black and white images full of boyishly cool yet feminine flair – with little black dresses, oversized sweaters, popped collars and stunner shades. The campaign really plays up designer Wang’s flare for modern sportswear – which is every bit as much a strength of hers as her famously known bridal and eveningwear.

Dangin wisely augments the designer’s sportswear strength by bringing the viewer closer to the clothes for this fall, combining textured backdrops by set designer Stefan Beckman with tight cropping and art direction. James Pecis hair equally plays a role in bringing embraceable edge to the story.
