By Danielle D’Onofrio and Judy Downs | Impressionist
Victoria’s Secret is known for skyrocketing the careers of models such as Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen, Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, to name just a few. The Angels began in 1998, when the idea arose to use high fashion models to glam up the Ohio-based intimates brand, resulting in fashion’s first and only ‘team’ with models filling roles like those of athletes.
Today, team Victoria’s Secret announced their newest model lineup for next year for fashion sports everywhere to discuss, debate, and compare. These fresh-faced beauties hail from all over the world, turning Victoria’s Secret into the Real Madrid (the Spanish football club known for its roster of global superstars) of the fashion world. The Impression congratulates all of the latest Angels on joining fashion’s most elite roster.
