Francesco Giannaccari has been tapped as CEO of Anya Hindmarch. Giannaccari previously served as GM of Etro and prior to that VP of Tom Ford International and International Franchises. He earlier was President of International Operations at Abercrombie & Fitch and held various leadership roles at Gucci and Bottega Veneta.

Burberry Appoints Sabrina Bonesi Design Director
Burberry has named Sabrina Bonesi as Design Director of Leather Goods and Shoes, a newly created position. Bonesi, will report to Christopher Baily and will oversee the bags, shoes and accessories lines under for both the men’s and women’s collections. She joins Burberry from Dior, where she was previously Head Designer for women’s leather goods. Prior to that, Bonesi held various design positions at Prada and Marni.

Manuela MariottiDondup Cofounder Manuela Mariotti Departs Brand
Dondup Cofounder and Creative Designer Manuela Mariotti has parted ways with the brand after 18 years at the helm. The company, based in Fossombrone, in Italy’s Marche region, was cofounded with Massimo Berloni and is owned by L Catterton.  Past September, former Valentino chairman Matteo Marzotto invested in Dondup, becoming its President.

Tanya Taylor Appoints Jane Page as COO
New York based Tanya Taylor has tapped Jane Page as Chief Operating Officer, the firms first. Page joins Tanya Taylor from Tenth Muse Consulting. Prior to that she was President of Lisa Perry and VP of Wholesale at Balenciaga America. Perry earlier held various positions at Giorgio Armani, J. Crew, and Jil Sander.

Barbara GarcesCitizen Watch Names Barbara Garces Chief Digital Officer
Barbara Garces has been named Citizen Watch America’s first Chief Digital Officer. Garces joins Citizen Watch from after six years at Ralph Lauren where she was VP Wholesale Digital and E-commerce.  She started her career in e-commerce at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

David Webb Names Denise De Luca Director of Marketing
American jeweler David Webb, owned by Robert Sadian and Mark Emanuel, has appointed Denise De Luca Director of Marketing and Communications. De Luca joins David Webb from De Grisogono where she served as Director of Marketing and Communications. Prior to that she held the same title for North American at Gaff and Bulgar.

Rita Camelli, Group PR Director of Elite World, has also been named PR and Communications Director of La Perla.

Kevin Thompson, previously VP of Customer Experience and Development at Barneys New York, is now CMO at Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates.

Shannon Welch, previously Press and Publicity Manager, Womenswear at Diesel, is now PR Director at Maison de Mode.

Jessica Blatz, previously PR Coordinator at The Donna Karan Company, is now Assistant Manager, VIP services and events at Stuart Weitzman.

Benjamin Webster and Emma-Jane Taylor Launch Redhouse
Former Burberry alumni, Benjamin Webster and Emma-Jane Taylor have launched Redhouse, an events and production company delivering brand experiences, fashion shows and projects. The company launches with Burberry as its first client and will continue to work with the British luxury brand on the production and execution of its fashion shows, and major international events. Redhouse opens with offices in London and Stockholm. In their executive positions at Burberry, Benjamin (VP of Event Production), and Emma-Jane (VP of Events and Partnerships), delivered leading luxury fashion events for the brand all over the world, including the recent Makers House creative space and exhibition, fashion shows in London, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Beijing and Milan, intimate brand experiences in Paris, Mumbai, Beirut, Sao Paolo and Taipei and music gigs in Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo and New York.

IMG Promotes Andrew Serrano to VP Global Events
Andrew Serrano has been promoted to VP Global events, at IMG Fashion. Previously he was IMG’s Global Fashion Public Relations Director. Serrano will oversee global designer relationships and partnerships, and fashion week calendars for all IMG fashion events, including NYFW: The Shows; Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia and Berlin, and MADE. He reports to Catherine Bennett, SVP and Managing Director of IMG Fashion Events.

Philip Price Fry, previously Global Media Relations Manager at IMG has been promoted to Global Communications Director at the firm.

Brune de Margerie has been named Fashion Director of Elle France. De Margerie joins from French Vogue, where she oversaw the watches and jewelry coverage for the past 11 years. Prior to that, de Margerie worked as Fashion Editor and watches and jewelry editor for Le Figaro, and spent four years on the team of Air France Madame, part of Condé Nast.
