Mindy Grossman named Weight Watchers Chief Executive Officer
Weight Watchers has tapped Mindy Grossman President and CEO. Grossman has joined Weight Watchers from HSN where she was CEO since May 2006. Prior to that she was VP Global Apparel at Nike for five years. She previously served as President CEO of Polo Jeans Company.
Safilo Group Appoints Eugenio Razelli Chairman of Board of Directors
Eugenio Razelli is named Chairman of Board of Directors at Safilo Group. Razelli most recently served as CEO of Magneti Marelli Spa, an Italian car components manufacturer. Prior to that Razelli served as Chief Operating Officer of Component at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for 2 years.
Fern Mallis joins the FIT Foundation as Director
The FIT Foundation has appointed Fern Mallis as Director. Currently she is the President of Fern Mallis LLC Prior to founding her firm, she lead IMG fashion responsible for shows for nine years. Previously she was an Executive Director for ten years at the CFDA.

Jennifer Fleiss is Co-Founder and CEO of Code Eight. Fleiss has joined Code Eight from Rent the Runway where she was Co-Founder and Head of Business Development for over eight years. Prior to that she was an advisor at theSkimm. She previously was an advisor at Hint Inc. for three years.
Coty Appoints Nathalie Duran as Senior Vice President
Nathalie Duran has joined Coty Inc. as Senior Vice President of Luxury Fashion Brands. She joins Coty from L’Oréal where she was the International General Manager of Perfumes from designer brands such as Giorgio Armani and Yves Saint Laurent. Prior to that she was Manager at Sens by Senses.
VF Corporation’s Martin Schneider to Retire as Global CIO
Global Chief Information Officer of VF Corporation, Martin Schneider, has plan to retire at the end of 2017 after working with VF for eleven years. Schneider previously served as Vice President of Global Technical & Manufacturing Systems for The Gillette Company. Prior to that he was the Director of Eastern Hemisphere Shared Service Center in Germany and as CIO for Duracell.
