Lord & Taylor Taps Vanessa LeFebvre as President Vanessa LeFebvre has been named President of Lord & Taylor, owned by Hudson Bay Company. Previously, LeFebvre was VP of Women’s Buying at Stitch Fix. Prior to that, she held several leadership positions at Macy’s, most recently serving as their SVP, General Manager for Macy’s Backstage. This isn’t LeFebvre’s first time at Lord & Taylor, having previously worked there from 1995-2009 as a Buyer and Merchandise Manager.
Tomas Maier Names Gautam Rajani as Global Director of Sales and Business Development Gautam Rajani has been appointed Global Director of Sales and Business Development at Tomas Maier. Rajani joins from Diane Von Furstenberg where he was Director of International Sales, Planning, and Merchandising. Prior to that, Rajani worked merchandising at Theory and Gucci.
Bruce Fetter Retires From St. John Knits as CEO Chief Executive Officer of St. John Knits, Bruce Fetter, has announced his retirement from the position after over 15 years at the luxury knitwear brand. Previously, Fetter has served at Chief Operating Officer at James Perse Ent., and President of Holly Hunt Enterprises. Alongside his work responsibilities, Fetter has also served on the Board for American Apparel and Kentwool.
St John Knits Appoints Eran Cohen as CEO Eran Cohen is succeeding Bruce Fetter, stepping up to the helm of St John Knits as Chief Executive. Cohen joins from PetSmart where he was EVP of Customer Experience. Previously, Cohen has also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at brands like Diane Von Furstenberg, New York and Company, and Payless Shoesource.
Laraine Mancini Joins Estée Lauder as SVP of Investor Relations Estée Lauder has tapped Laraine Mancini as their new SVP of Investor Relations. Previously, Mancini was SVP of Finance as well as Head of Investor Relations at Univision. Prior to that, she was VP of Corporate Strategy at Time Warner Cable. In her new role with Estée Lauder, Mancini will be reporting to Tracy T. Travis, Chief Financial Officer.
Stylebop.com Taps Mark Ralea as Managing Director Mark Ralea has been named Managing Director of fashion retailer Stylebop.com. Previously, Ralea was Managing Director of Glossybox, and prior to that he was Head or Marketing and Director of Product at DailyDeal. Ralea also founded his own agency, Eikyo GmbH. In his new position, Ralea will be overseeing the business as a whole, keeping an eye on operations, buying, marketing, and overall logistics.
Matches Names Tom Athron Chief Operating Officer Tom Athron has been tapped by Matches as their Chief Operating Officer. His new role will include glowing the business internationally and being responsible for e-commerce, customer experience, and logistics. Athron joins from John Lewis Partnership where he was Group Development Director and also sat on the board.
Matches Hires Kim Hartlev as Chief Technology Officer Kim Hartlev has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at Matches. Hartlev joins from Sainsbury’s Supermarket where he held the same position. Prior to that, he worked in technology leadership roles at BlackBerry, Movirtu, and Mobilethink.
Matches Taps Lea Cranfield as Commercial Director Lea Cranfield has been named Commercial Director at Matches. In this new role, Cranfield will lead the buying and merchandising teams while also overseeing their inhouse brand, Raey. Cranfield joins from Yoox Net-a-Porter where she was Merchandising Director, managing Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter brands. Prior to that, she was Head Merchandiser at Comme des Garçons.

Megan Maiorano is now PR Coordinator at Hugo Boss.
EJ Samson, previously Assistant VP of Global Digital Marketing for Ralph Lauren Fragrances at L’Oreal, is now am Global Content Strategy lead for Twitter Business Marketing.
Men’s Health Names Ted Stafford Fashion Director Ted Stafford has been tapped by Men’s Health to be their new Fashion Director. Alongside this new appointment, Hearst has made Stafford Market Director of their men’s group, which also includes Esquire and Popular Mechanics. Previously, Stafford spent 6 years as the Fashion Market Director at GQ. In his new role, he is set to oversee all style-driven content on Heart’s men platforms.
Refinery29 Taps Charlotte Gush as UK Fashion Editor The UK branch of online publication Refinery29 has found their new Fashion Editor in Charlotte Gush. Previously, Gush was Opinion Editor at i-D Magazine, and before that she was Web Coordinator at London College of Fashion. In her new role, Gush will be responsible for all fashion content on Refinery29’s UK site.
Garrett Munce, previously Sr. Fashion Editor and Grooming Director; Ross McCammon, previously Service and Lifestyle Desk Editor; and Anna Peele, previously Culture Editor, have been laid off from GQ.
Barret Wertz, previously Style and Grooming Director at Men’s Fitnessmagazine, is now Style and Grooming Editor of AskMen.
Mark Ralea, previously of Glossybox, is now Managing Director of Stylebop.
Justin Padgett, Vice President of Black Frame, has left the firm.
