G-Star Raw Names Rob Schilder as Sole CEO
Rob Schilder has been named sole CEO of Dutch denim brand G-Star Raw. Previously he shared the role with Patrick Kraaijeveld since last November, but as Kraaijeveld exits the company Schilder will take on all responsibilities of the executive position.

Hans Dorsinville Named Select World Chief Creative Officer, North America
For this first time in 25 years, Select World has a new Chief Creative Officer of North America in Hans Dorsinville. Dorsinville joins from Laird + Partners where he was EVP and Senior Group Creative Director since the agency’s founding 15 years ago. In his new position, Dorsinville will be broadening Select World’s beauty and fashion scopes and position it as greater contender in the North American market.

Fabrice Weber has been named President of Prestige and Artisanal Fragrances and ELC Ventures at Estée Lauder. This new position means he will oversee many brands in the beauty giant’s portfolio including Le Labo, Jo Malone London, Aramis and Designer Fragrances, By Kilian, and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. Weber’s new responsibilities will include growing the brands and initiating industry trends.

Estée Lauder has appointed Patrice Béliard to SVP and Global Manager at Aramis and Designer Fragrances, and will be responsible for growth and business strategy. Béliard joined the beauty giant in 2016 as a SVP and General Manager of Global Market Development for Aramis and Designer Fragrances. Prior to that, Béliard worked at Shiseido across multiple brands for 15 years.

Estée Lauder has promoted Joy Fan to SVP and General Manager of the company’s Chinese relations. In recent years as General Manager of China Fan grew the segment’s sales y 19%. Fan joined Estée Lauder in 2005 working as a Brand Manager for China, then went onto act as Regional VP and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Operations for Tom Ford Beauty along with Estée Lauder products.

Estée Lauder has appointed Christopher K. Wood as SVP of all Asia-Pacific operations. Previously, Wood was General Manager for over a non-consecutive decade. Wood’s new portfolio includes South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand.
