Tory Burch Taps Pierre-Yves Roussel at CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel has joined Tory Burch as their new Chief Executive Officer. This move comes just weeks after Roussel and Burch were married at her Antigua estate. Previously, Roussel was the Chairman and CEO of LVMH Fashion Group, where he was responsible for brands like Givenchy, Kenzo, Celine, Marc Jacobs, Loewe and more. Seeing as Burch herself previously acted at CEO, her title will now be Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer.
Rod Manley Departs from Calvin Klein as EVP of Global Communications Calvin Klein’s EVP of Global Communications, Rob Manley, is exiting the company. Before joining Calvin Klein in 2015, Manley was SVP of Communications at Giorgio Armani where he worked at the brand’s offices in both New York and Milan over the course of his 9 year tenure. His successor at Calvin Klein has not yet been named.
Maison Kitsuné Taps Yuni Ahn as Creative Director
Paris house Maison Kitsuné, founded in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, has appointed Yuni Ahn as Creative Director. Born in South Korea, Yuni Ahn was scouted for Stella McCartney’s first team while studying at Central Saint Martins. A multi-talented designer, she has acquired a diverse range of experience working on ready-towear, accessories, as well as interior projects for various companies including Chloé, Céline, Miu Miu and Paul Smith. Most recently, she worked on the core designs of bags, jewelry and sunglasses for Céline under the helm of Phoebe Philo, later becoming Design Director of the pre and show collections.
Glossier’s Henry Davis Steps Down as CFO and President Henry Davis is stepping down as Glossier’s President and Chief Financial Officer, effective at the end of the month. Prior to joining Glossier around the time of its founding in 2014, Davis was a Scout at Sequoia Capital where he would invest in entrepreneurial businesses. Nabli Malik, Glossier Board Member and Partner at Thrive Capital will be acting as interim CFO as the company searches for Davis’ successor.
Frank Doroff Retires from Bloomingdale’s as Vice Chairman, General Merchandise Manager Effective February of 2019, Frank Doroff will be retiring from Bloomingdale’s after 27 years with the company. Most recently, Doroff acted as Vice Chairman and General Merchandise Manager of ready-to-wear, bloomingdales.com, and concessions at the company. He will be succeeded by Denise Magid.
Bloomingdales Taps Denise Magid as EVP and General Merchandise Manager Succeeding Frank Doroff is Denise Magid as Bloomingdale’s new EVP and General Merchandise Manager of the brands ready-to-wear, bloomingdales.com, and concession operations. Magid joins the department store brand from DVMagid Consulting, the brand development agency she founded. Prior to founding her own consulting firm in 2016, she was Chief Merchant at Intermix. Before that, she was at Saks Fifth Avenue for 11 years, most recently serving as SVP and General Merchandise Manager for their women’s ready-to-wear collection.
Poiret Parts Ways With Creative Director Yiqing Yin French house Poiret, owned by Shinsegae International, a division of the South Korean retail conglomerate, has parted ways with Yiqing Yin after just two seasons. Yin joined Poiret last year having served as Creative Director of Leonard.
Mark Holland Promoted at Asos to Chief Operating Officer Asos has named Mark Holland Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position at the brand. Previously, Holland served as Supply Chain Director at the company, and sits on the Asos Executive Board. Prior to joining Asos in 2012, Holland was Supply Chain Director at House of Fraser.
Ted Baker Taps Lindsay Page to Serve as Acting CEO Ray Kelvin, current CEO of Ted Baker, has taken a voluntary leave of absence following allegations against him of sexual harassment in the workplace. During this time, Lindsay Page has been appointed as acting Chief Executive Officer. Previously he served as the brand’s Finance Director.
Safilo Appoints Andrea Bulgarelli to Digital Transformation Officer Andrea Bulgarelli has been tapped as Safilo’s newly created role of Digital Transformation Officer. Bulgarelli joins the company from acting as Group Digital Business Director at Benetton. Prior to that, he was Group Global Digital and eCommerce Director at Max Mara Fashion Group.
Nike Expands Heidi O’Neill’s Role as Nike Direct President Heidi O’Neill’s role as Nike Direct President will be expanding at the brand. O’Neill will now also oversee the brand’s digital products, services, and member experiences.
Stephen Kaplan Rejoins Deciem as Chief Operating Officer Stephen Kaplan is returning to Deciem, this time as the beauty company’s Chief Operating Office. Previously, Kaplan held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Deciem from 2017-2018 during executive shake-ups at the brand. Prior to his experience at Deciem, Kaplan was CFO at water filtration company Mavea, a subsidiary of Brita.

Moschino Stages Men’s 2019 Show in Rome Moschino has decided to show their Men’s 2019 collection in Rome, where the show will also include some looks from the women’s pre-fall 2019 collection. The show will take place on January 8th at Cinecittà studios.
Dirk Standen Departs Condé Nast as Editor-in-Chief of 23 Stories Dirk Standen, the Editor-in-Chief of Condé Nast’s branding agency 23 Stories, is stepping down. Standen had lead the agency since its founding in 2015, and had been with Condé Nast for 15 years. He first joined the media conglomerate as Deputy Editor of the Digital Division, then moved to Style.com as the Editor-in-Chief for 10 years.
