Newly appointed Burberry lead, Riccardo Tisci, released a sneak peek of his highly anticipated first collection since succeeding Christopher Bailey at Burberry. The Italian designer posted a preview of the Pre-Spring 2019 Collection to Instagram writing “I wanted to celebrate the beauty, heritage, and legacy that I discovered when I first arrived at Burberry.” While the collection has yet to bear his personal touch as the in-house team had designed it, the imagery speaks volumes to his vision of the brand, playing with balance, relationships, and love. Tisci’s official runway debut will be on September 17 at London Fashion Week.
