On the heels of their recent spring showing, designer Claire Waight Keller and the team at Chloé have opened a new flagship in their native Paris at 50 Avenue Montaigne.
The inviting large glass door brings you into the 320sqm space to find the modesty of the boutique as soon as you enter with its feminine contrasts of lightness, precise straight lines, softly curved white ceilings and textural, hand built furnishings. The well known Chloé colors are present, from soft rose beige to shades of white and a touch of mustard, each brought out by the glow of polished natural brass.
Beaunotte stone floors give off a cozy feel and the gallery’s faceted 3D Wall as mannequins hang from the ceiling to face the streets of Paris. Handbags, small leather goods, sunglasses, scarves, jewelry vitrines, a shoe salon, and ready-to-wear pieces are found within the maison, giving customers an assortment of Chloé items while shopping in the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
To help launch the new Chloé flagship boutique they’ve created an exclusive, customized patchwork “Drew” bag inspired by the rosette stained glass of the Notre-Dame cathedral. The latest, double-story Chloé location advances the standards of luxury and femininity represented by the maison, showing off their modern French fashion house.
