Etro sparkles into the night with its new Holiday 2022 campaign by dreative director Maha Haider and photographer Riccardo Apostolico.

The campaign’s styling edit consists of a preview selection (which is available exclusively via the brand’s own website, boutiques, and on Net-A-Porter) of new creative director Marco de Vincenzo’s Spring 2023 collection, and puts these colorful pieces into the context of a kaleidoscopically festive spirit.

In surreal night scenes, young revelers wear classic Etro shirts reconfigured as minidresses, shorts, and suits while they appear before endless shimmering backdrops and twinkling night skies. Other images isolate the house’s signature Pegasus emblem via disembodied hands, a sort of otherworldly holiday spirit that guides us towards celebration and excellent gift-giving decisions.

Ferragamo recently made a similar move in making their new creative director’s first spring collection available for an exclusive, limited release, but Etro shows smart thinking by combining this approach with a holiday campaign. These pieces do, after all, make very memorable gifts, and the simply conceived yet surreal and scintillating visual world we see them in here is drenched with character and charm.
