Iconic French photographerSarah Moon has once again lent her lens to the house of Giorgio Armani for the designers latest ad campaign.
The photographer has a skilled hand that pairs well with the Italian master who too has a strong understanding of texture and light. Models Luping, Sibui, Nastya Sten, Maxime Daunay and Tony Thornburg sat for the artisanal photographer whose style was formed in the 70’s after retiring from modeling herself to go one to pick up the camera and develop a signature style.

Her work has a timelessness to it that matches nicely to Mr. Armani’s own classical vision. The pairing reminds us of how sophistication and point of view are rarely embraced as the ‘now’ but one day feel slightly ahead of the curve. The Impression believes it is high time to take see beyond the blur to the vision and focus that is looking like a strong campaign.
