Known for sporting Gucci suits both on and off the stage, Harry Styles is the perfect face of Gucci’s new advertising campaign for men’s tailoring due to his versatile appeal to Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z alike. 

Shot by Glen Luchford in North London at a fish and chip shop, a traditional fixture found on many British streets and known by locals as a “chippy,” the singer, songwriter, and actor is pictured in a variety of Gucci tailored outfits, some of which reflect Gucci’s collaboration with the New York Yankees.

In a narrative sequence that echoes many famous photographs and scenes from British films, Styles is joined by a pet hen and dog as he orders his food at a chippy and then shares it with the animals. The setting of row houses has played well into recent Gucci shorts and does so once again here bridging the reality of environments with the aspirational elements of the house.

But the real hero in this campaign is none other than the hen, who appears to survive a brush with a fast food shop that serves fried goods. We smell a sequel!
