Sometimes the best fashion creative is the simplest. Case in point is the current campaign from Isabel Marant for Spring 2019. Reteaming with agency Atelier Franck Durand, photographer Juergen Teller, stylist Géraldine Saglioand and model Anna Ewers the designer has found her tribe that makes simple look good.
Creative Director Franck Durand has a knack for straight forward and clean narrative without any fuss. The look is always casually optimistic and warm, full of naturalism with hints of soft smiles just about to break. His hand works well to direct Teller’s, who eye is without question one of the most artisanal in the fashion photography field, but who can sometimes run so loose that you feel as though you are looking at friends travel blog. Together they mesh to form a beautiful union of equals that deliver a soft side of Parisian chic that is as natural and unpretentious of the Parisian designer herself. Simple… no?
