For the houses Pre-Fall 2018 “Spirit of Travel” series, Louis Vuitton embraces a warm fall breeze in talent selection Emma Stone and creative imagery by Craig McDean.

Shot and filmed in the diverse California landscape atop hill and adjacent desert dunes, McDean paints an amber hue of affection for the brand that is augmented by the Oscar winner’s inner glow. The film projects the warmth of the final days of summer with Stone taking in the beauty of nature, a dusty road drive in a convertible, and a rundown ‘V’ sign reminiscent of a letter plucked from the iconic Hollywood landscape.

Stone is a wonderful choice for the house and follows in the footsteps of Alicia Vikander, Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner, and Riley Keough. She brings to the table a rightly timed sense confidence, womanhood, work ethic, warmth, wisdom, humor, and humility. McDean was wise to blend her with the expansive landscape while bringing in a hint of Hollywood glamour. Almost if to say Stone bridges the iconic history of Hollywood with the new generation of stars.
