A new campaign from Mansur Gavriel relies on bright colors and brighter personalities to spark a feeling of openness and optimism. The Holiday 2020 campaign features direction and photography by long-term partners of the label, Ukrainian twin photography duo Tanya and Zhenya Posternak.
This campaign was very personal for Mansur Gavriel and was a critical moment for us to collaborate with real changemakers to amplify new voices that speak to our community.

The Posternaks’ imagery draws strength from its cast, an impressive group of interdisciplinary talents representing a beautiful spectrum of colors, ages, and gender identities. Each cast member brings unique poise and personality to their individual portraits. The campaign features trans model, actress, and LGBTQ rights activist Jari Jones, social media and content creator Parker Kit Hill, model, artist and vocal activist Laura Morgan, founding members of The Skate Kitchen, Brenn & Jules Lorenzo, model and activist, Dilone and model Fernanda Ly. Mansur Gavriel’s classic pop silhouettes and joyous colors reinforce their expressiveness and optimism, and each character comes to personify their color.
Mansur Gavriel is a confident young brand, and this campaign raises a voice of youthful optimism in what has been a difficult and confusing time. With its sense of free femininity and colorful creativity, the campaign is a beautiful way for the brand to end 2020 on an uplifting note.
