There’s something about Vetements and Demna Gvasalia’s Balenciaga that invites parody. Labels VETEMEMES and Boolenciaga had parodied the Georgian fashion designer’s work in recent years, and NSS Magazine released parody styles last year under Les Vêtements de Football.

NSS Magazine, the site from naplestreetstyle.it, launched today its latest round of Les Vêtements de Football jerseys, showing that it’s still fun to spoof fashion labels.

Previous Les Vêtements de Football collections have parodied Vetements, Balenciaga and Acne Studios among other labels, and the label for Spring 2018 adds new labels to the mix.

The collection is comprised of reworked vintage soccer jerseys that feature parody logos of Gucci, Burberry, and Comme des Garçons with phrases like Goal, Bomberry, Comme des Goal, Comme des Football, Helmut Langoal and Balenciagoal.

NSS Magazine also released a campaign imitating Balenciaga’s Spring 2018 paparazzi-inspired campaign. Photographer Vincenzo Schioppa attempts to capture images of the models in the Les Vêtements de Football collection but is stopped by their security. The campaign is similar in spirit, though it’s missing Balenciaga’s accessories that models used to cover their faces, but it makes up for the missing detail by plastering ‘Balenciagoal’ in the center of images.
