For Prada’s 365 Pre-fall collection campaign Miuccia Prada and team embraced their inner glow, in full Technicolor nonetheless.
The campaign, lensed by Willy Vanderperre, and art directed by DJA, takes place in the fictitious set of the ‘Prada Warehouse’ and in a press statement the campaign was meant “to play with the notion of the ‘manufactured’ – the created and the creative; the imagined and the imaginary; to make and to make-believe.” With that being said, The Impression would like to move on to the bottom line… this campaign has high impact!
Just look at that saturation, the vibrant colors, the richness of hidden graphics, and that transcendental lighting. Toss in the Prada employee badges and this is a well conceived campaign that was built to do one thing, catch your eye and make you look. To genuinely take a moment. Because the real commodity today is time.
And if this campaign is any indication of the campaigns ahead for fall… It may be high time to be enlightened.
