Solid Homme is quite the brand name. Founded in 1988 the Korean based firm today has over 31 standalone stores across Korea and a leading creative director too in Woo Young Mi who also serves as CEO.
The contemporary based house stepped up its game this season with an industrial themed campaign lensed and directed by Mel Bles and styled by Carlos Nazario. The duo set the campaign within a power station and gave a little juice to the black and white campaign film through special effects.
Overall the campaign gave us a jolt in the best of ways as we had no expectation from the contemporary house to amp up our day. However, the art direction and tone are quite solid.
