Khaite and Bonpoint Unveil Luxe Childrenswear Collection, Merging New York Chic with Youthful Elegance

New York’s renowned womenswear brand, Khaite, is branching out into childrenswear, joining forces with Bonpoint for a unique collection tailored for babies, toddlers, and children up to age 10. The capsule includes chic sweaters, leggings, and statement tops that embody the essence of both brands. Fans can expect the launch of the collection this week across Khaite and Bonpoint stores, as well as online. Esteemed retail partners, including Bergdorf Goodman, Harrods, Le Bon Marché, and Mytheresa.com, are also on board for the launch. The collection’s price range stands between $110 and $730, available for a limited period.

KHAITE’s founder and creative director, Catherine Holstein, created the collection while she herself was about to become a mother. Holstein shares, “Designing this collection, in collaboration with BONPOINT, while I was pregnant was very meaningful. It is exciting to be able to offer our customer something special, and personal, like this collaboration.”

The lineup showcases 11 distinct styles that are set to become instant classics: a side-button Fair Isle sweater, a contrast-collared long-sleeve onesie, a pleated skirt, a cotton top with a ruffled collar, a cardigan, a structured blazer, and corduroy pants, among others.

Pierre-André Cauche, Bonpoint’s CEO, celebrated the partnership with Khaite as a perfect synergy, praising both brands’ dedication to design and quality. He emphasized the collection’s unique position, bridging the modern sophistication of a leading American luxury brand with the timelessness of an established French childrenswear maison.

Adding a personal touch to the campaign, photographer Hanna Tveite, who also recently celebrated motherhood, was enlisted to capture the essence of the collaboration. The images spotlight Holstein’s newborn son, symbolizing the heart and spirit of this union.
