Emphasizing Sustainability, Reformation’s First Jewelry Line is Co-Designed with Clare Waight Keller
Reformation has released its first jewelry collection, a limited-edition capsule designed by former Chloé and Givenchy designer Clare Waight Keller. The Art Deco-inspired collection, named “Midnight in Paris,” features day-to-night pieces with versatile wearability, ranging from delicate necklaces to chunkier earrings.
Waight Keller, known for her expertise in jewelry design from her time at Gucci and Givenchy, emphasized the flexibility and wardrobe concept of the line. The pieces are designed to complement Reformation’s sustainable ethos, utilizing recycled materials like 24-karat gold vermeil, 925 sterling silver, deadstock pearls, and black jade.
It took seven months to develop the collection, with a strong focus on ethical material sourcing. Reformation’s agile supply chain allowed for a quick launch of the line, marking the brand’s first venture into jewelry. With revenues surpassing $300 million in 2023, Reformation plans to introduce new categories regularly, with swimwear and handbags already in the lineup. The jewelry collection will be available online and in Reformation’s flagship stores in New York, Beverly Hills, and London.
