JW Anderson Launches Collaborative Capsule with Guinness

The Collaboration Brings the Irish Brewery’s Iconic Vintage Prints to Sweaters and T-Shirts

JW Anderson has launched a limited-edition capsule in collaboration with Guinness, the iconic Irish brewery founded by Arthur Guinness in 1759. The capsule, which debuted earlier this year as part of the Men’s Spring and Women’s Resort 2025 show, includes two T-shirts, a sweatshirt, and a jumper, all inspired by classic Guinness visuals.

The collection showcases vintage Guinness graphics, including a smiling pint printed on a black and white baseball T-shirt with the caption, “aren’t you glad you’ve had a Guinness” underneath. The same playful pint design appears on a black cotton sweatshirt, enhanced with embroidered “frothing pearls” to spell out “Guinness.” Another T-shirt in the collection also features a classic Guinness pint design on a black and white baseball-style cut.

A standout piece in the capsule is a knitted merino wool jumper displaying the Guinness harp logo from St. James’s Gate in Dublin, paired with the JW Anderson logo – a nod to the craftsmanship and creative spirit shared by both brands.

“I’ve always been obsessed with Guinness and their brand,” said JW Anderson’s founder, Jonathan Anderson. “I think they are still today one of the greatest advertisers, and I liked the idea of using their amazing graphics. I’ve always wanted to be able to show some of it because in fashion we think we are so radical but actually, they were way before all of that.”

The collection will be available from mid-November at JW Anderson Soho in London, JW Anderson in Milan, JW Anderson Shibuya Parco in Tokyo, and online at jwanderson.com.
