The Frankie Shop is set to make its regional retail debut with an immersive two-week pop-up in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant expansion for the New York- and Paris-based brand. In collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), the limited-run installation will open from April 18 to May 1 at Miza, the capital’s rising creative hub at Mina Zayed Port.
Designed in collaboration with LA-based agency Perron-Roettinger, the pop-up translates The Frankie Shop’s pared-down, modern aesthetic into a compelling physical space. Guests can expect a series of fashion vignettes that play out a day in the life of a Frankie customer—at home, at work, and out in the city—alongside signature power silhouettes and a curated selection of up to 50 exclusive designs created specifically for Abu Dhabi.
Expanding beyond apparel, the activation features a lineup of lifestyle collaborations that connect fashion with regional culture. Highlights include a Frankie Coffee Shop with wellness-infused offerings by 48 Collagen Café, LED mask stations, a tribute illustration by Tulip Hazbar, hand-designed carpets by Cheb Moha, and Karen Wazen sunglasses packaged in custom Frankie Shop pouches.
In addition to retail, the pop-up will host talks, styling sessions, and private events. Founder Gaëlle Drevet will lead sessions on the modern wardrobe, while stylist Bettina Looney and regional fashion creatives offer their takes on minimalism and everyday elegance.
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (3:00 PM opening on April 18), the experience positions The Frankie Shop’s expansion into the Middle East as both a cultural moment and a fashion-forward retail milestone.
