Adidas Originals and Willy Chavarria present the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, expanding their ongoing collaboration with a lineup that merges expressive design with cultural specificity. The SS26 range builds on Chavarria’s distinctive aesthetic while drawing from the heritage codes of adidas Originals, resulting in apparel and footwear defined by oversized shapes, rich fabric combinations, and considered detailing.

Key apparel pieces include the Chavarria Mockneck, crafted in heavy cotton fleece with stacked embroidered Trefoils and a high-density print of the designer’s name along the collar. The Chavarria Chicano Sweatshirt incorporates embroidered “Chicano” lettering and a puff-printed eagle emblem, with a woven Trefoil and Mexican flag applique on the back. A mixed-material Halfzip combines cotton fleece and satin overlays with rose embroidery, while the Satin Bomber introduces a padded oversized silhouette in satin twill with metal hardware. A limited-edition Leather Bomber applies athletic motifs through 3-Stripes and contrast piping, and the convertible Zip-Off Pant delivers layered textures and a proportionally oversized fit.

Footwear continues the collection’s focus on refinement and utility. The Chavarria Forum Boot, offered in mid and low versions, features a premium leather upper referencing the Forum and archival adidas tooling. Sculpted lines, reinforced toe and heel caps, and a high-traction outsole emphasize durability. The Chavarria Forum introduces a minimalist profile with a branded rose tongue, Chavarria aglet laces, gold-foil insignia, and a tonal print strap. The Chavarria Jabbar Low returns in four colorways honoring cultural figures and archival basketball silhouettes, incorporating a leather upper, molded leather sockliner, and a folded tongue bearing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s logo on the front and Willy Chavarria branding on the reverse.

“This is about the beautiful tension between where we come from and where we are destined to go. It blends grit with a refined athletic elegance, mixed with toughness and dignity. A uniform for anyone who had to earn their place in the world,” Chavarria said.

The campaign features an all-Latino cast and crew and was photographed at a Boys and Girls Club in Mexico City. Led by a Latino creative team, the imagery draws from Chicano cultural references interpreted through Chavarria’s own perspective, highlighting themes of identity, movement, and community.

The adidas Originals x Willy Chavarria Spring/Summer 2026 collection will be available beginning December 12 in select adidas stores, the adidas Confirmed app, willychavarria.com, adidas.com/willy_chavarria, and at select retailers.
