The month-long partnership blends Parisian elegance with Manhattan energy
Ami Paris has announced a month-long partnership with Balthazar, the iconic French brasserie in the heart of SoHo. Running from February 11 to March 11, the collaboration transforms the New York institution into a shared space of conviviality, merging Parisian sensibility with the dynamic rhythm of Manhattan.

Located at 80 Spring Street, just three blocks from Ami Paris’ Greene Street boutique, the activation reflects a creative exchange between two names closely associated with French culture, understated cool, and joie de vivre. The initiative positions Balthazar as a stage for connection and everyday elegance, where the energy of downtown New York meets a distinctly Parisian spirit.
The collaboration unfolds as an immersive brasserie experience, with co-branded details integrated throughout the restaurant. Guests will encounter Ami Paris-designed paper placemats at their tables, encouraging them to sketch while enjoying Balthazar’s signature dishes. The gesture nods to both brands’ appreciation for spontaneity and lived-in creativity.
At the bakery counter, co-branded offerings and exclusive packaging further extend the partnership. Limited-edition coffee cups, as well as bespoke croissants and baguette holders, reinforce the visual dialogue between the two houses.
To engage the surrounding neighborhood, a custom Ami Paris-branded cart will be stationed outside the Greene Street store from February 20 to 22, offering a curated selection of Balthazar bakery products to passersby.
Together, Ami Paris and Balthazar frame the collaboration as an invitation to experience a contemporary interpretation of Parisian art de vivre in downtown New York, bridging the cultural sensibilities of Paris and SoHo through food, fashion, and shared moments.
