The New Styles Arrive With a Campaign Featuring Elle Fanning Shot by David Sims
Alexander McQueen has introduced new iterations of its signature Peak bag for Pre-Spring 2024. The launch is celebrated with a campaign starring Elle Fanning captured by photographer David Sims.
The new iterations of the Peak bag, which inspired by the signature Alexander McQueen tailored shoulder, come complete with the knuckle duster-inspired perforated closure, another of the house’s iconic design elements.
The Mini Peak and the Micro Peak are the two smallest sizes. The Mini Peak has a leather strap, which may be worn crossbody or on the shoulder – it is the perfect size to fit just your phone and essentials. The Micro Peak fits a credit card and can be worn crossbody or on the shoulder via a chain strap.

The original Peak bag is also now available in a luxurious natural grainy leather, with a leather strap in black. Seasonal colors for the Spring/Summer 2024 pre-collection join the permanent roster of black, ivory and red: camel and lapis blue come in a small grain leather, while metallic silver comes in smooth leather with silver metal finishes.
In Sims’ concise set of monochromatic campaign imagery, Fanning balances drama and whimsy as she poses in a crisply tailored suit that echoes the powerful angularity of the Peak bag. It’s a look that feels undeniably McQueen, but especially attests to the enduring perspective of now-former creative director Sarah Burton.
