Teaming Up to Create the “Sexiest Pump Ever”
Footwear brand Larroudé and designer Joseph Altuzarra have announced the launch of their first footwear collaboration: the Larroudé x Altuzarra pump.
The Larroudé x Altuzarra pump comes in black leather, black patent leather, and silver specchio leather featuring a custom Altuzarra gold buckle closure with a 4 inch heel, and is available on both brand’s websites and exclusively through Moda Operandi.
Though it’s their first official design partnership, the collaboration between Marina Larroudé and Joseph Altuzarra has been a long time coming. The pair first met 14 years ago when Marina was working at Style.com and Joseph had just embarked on his fashion journey. Their longstanding friendship and mutual admiration add an extra layer of significance to the collaboration. When Joseph Altuzarra approached Larroudé with the exciting challenge of designing the “sexiest pump ever,” both brands eagerly accepted the task.
