Carrying forward the brand’s synthesis of sophistication and sexiness, the campaign pushes the timeless allure of the Wet Look to its extreme. Shooting in black and white, Vickers captures model Grace Elizabeth among cascades of water that pour from the ceiling. The translucency of the water creates an intoxicating play of light and shadow as its frozen motion generates a strong sense of power and dynamism. Meanwhile, Elizabeth draws on this energy in a way that feels sexy, but also almost spiritual – especially in the one image where she wears nothing but metallic fig leaves, a cheeky nod to neoclassical depictions of goddesses updated for the powerful 21st-century woman.
