Aritzia Celebrates New SoHo Flagship with Exclusive Event

VIPs preview the three-story boutique ahead of public opening

On Thursday, November 21, Aritzia celebrated the launch of its new flagship boutique in SoHo, New York, with a cocktail event. The Vancouver-based fashion brand, known for its Everyday Luxury offerings, marked this significant expansion in the U.S. market with an exclusive gathering.

The event was co-hosted by Aritzia CEO Jennifer Wong and Founder Brian Hill. Attendees included high-profile guests such as Martha Stewart, Irina Shayk, Paloma Elsesser, Laura Harrier, and Danielle Goldberg. Other notable figures included influencers, editors, and stylists, all dressed in Aritzia’s latest styles. Refreshments were provided by Zélikha Dinga of Caro Diario, while DJ Mona Matsuoka performed a live set.

Guests had the opportunity to tour the boutique ahead of its public opening on November 26. The three-story space, located at 560 Broadway, was designed by Aritzia’s in-house team to reflect SoHo’s Cast Iron architecture. Design elements include expansive marble surfaces, large archways, and steel-and-glass partitions. These features are complemented by wire-wheeled oak textures, tin-coffered ceilings, and a neutral color palette with bronze glass accents.

The flagship occupies the former Dean & DeLuca location and replaces Aritzia’s original Manhattan flagship, which opened in 2011. The new store is significantly larger, emphasizing the brand’s ongoing commitment to expanding its presence in New York City and the broader U.S. market. This year’s opening coincides with Aritzia’s 40th anniversary, adding further significance to the milestone.

The boutique will officially open to the public on Tuesday, November 26, at 560 Broadway, New York, NY.
