Nordstrom Announces CFO Transition as Anne Bramman Steps Down
Nordstrom, Inc. announced that Nordstrom Chief Financial Officer Anne Bramman has informed the company of her intention to step down from her role. She will remain with the company through the reporting of Nordstrom’s third quarter 2022 financial results to facilitate a smooth transition. Her last day with the company will be December 2, 2022.
“Anne is an outstanding CFO. Since she was named CFO in 2017, Anne’s leadership has been vital in helping us in many areas, particularly navigating the numerous challenges of the last few years,” said Erik Nordstrom, chief executive officer of Nordstrom, Inc. “I’d like to thank Anne for her deep commitment to our customers, our employees, our shareholders and our values. As a result of Anne’s guidance through the pandemic, Nordstrom has the financial strength and flexibility to successfully manage through a changing environment. She also sponsored multiple strategic initiatives to improve profitability and develop capabilities to fuel our long-term growth. Anne has elevated the finance organization through her commitment to excellence and talent development. We wish her well as she takes this next step.”

Michael Maher, Nordstrom’s senior vice president and chief accounting officer, will assume the role of interim CFO upon Bramman’s departure. Nordstrom has commenced an internal and external search process to identify a permanent CFO.
Maher joined Nordstrom in 2009 as controller and has more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience. As chief accounting officer, he is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, business development, treasury and investor relations. Prior to his appointment as Nordstrom’s chief accounting officer in 2020, Maher served as senior vice president, finance from 2017 to 2020. From 2011 to 2017, he held various finance leadership roles for the Nordstrom business.

The company is reaffirming its fiscal year 2022 financial outlook that was previously provided on August 23, 2022.
Macy’s Announced Julie Walsh SVP of Center Core and Beauty
Macy’s announced that Julie Walsh was promoted to SVP, general business manager of Center Core and Beauty at Macy’s. Most recently, Julie served as VP, divisional business manager for fragrances. Julie is now responsible for leading and driving the Center Core and Beauty merchandise organization, including beauty, jewelry, handbags, shoes and accessories.

Highsnobiety Announces Sebastian Jean As Fashion Director
Highsnobiety announced the appointment of Sebastian Jean as Fashion Director. Jean will work across Highsnobiety’s fashion department and style its in-house collections and retail platforms from the brand’s New York City offices effective immediately.
Highsnobiety taps Sebastian Jean from Office Magazine, where he spent over five years as Men’s Fashion Editor. Prior to joining Office Magazine, Jean worked at Calvin Klein and with stylists Melanie Ward and Simon Rasmussen, as well as provided styling direction for such brands as Nike, SSENSE and Burberry amongst others. He is also the co-founder of The Black Utopia, a publication that centers Black creatives in the cultural spaces of fashion, art, music, and beyond.

Yoox Net-A-Porter Appoints Alison Loehnis New Interim CEO
Yoox Net-A-Porter announced that Alison Loehnis will be appointed as interim CEO, effective 31 October 2022, replacing Geoffroy Lefebvre who will step down to pursue a private equity-backed entrepreneurial career outside of Richemont after 11 years with the Group.
Alison is currently President of Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter & The Outnet. She joined Net-A-Porter in 2007 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, before becoming President of Net-A-Porter in 2011 and assumed her current role following the merger of Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter and The Outnet with YOOX in 2015. A well-recognised fashion industry leader with extensive knowledge of Yoox Net-A-Porter’s brand partners and an expert eye for curation, Alison has led the growth of the Group for over a decade, pioneering the introduction of broader product categories and expansion into new markets.
In this interim position, Alison will lead Yoox Net-A-Porter until the completion of the sale of 47.5% and 3.2% of YNAP’s share capital to Farfetch and Alabbar, respectively, expected before the end of 2023, at which point an external CEO will be appointed.
During this period, Alison will report to Jérôme Lambert, CEO of Richemont.

Yoox Net-A-Porter announced the appointment of Philippe Larrieu as Regional General Manager for Japan.
Philippe has a wealth of commercial experience in the luxury, fashion and cosmetics industries. He joins YOOX NET-A-PORTER from Clarins, where he was President & Representative Director for Japan, contributing to the growth of the brand in the local market, and enhancing its e-commerce presence. A French native, Philippe began his career in the Asia Pacific region 30 years ago, where he held management roles at a number of household names, including Chanel and L’Oréal.
Philippe has spent 15 years of his career specifically in Japan, giving him deep knowledge of the local customer, trends and culture, which will be key to driving Yoox Net-A-Porter’s localised approach.
In his new role, Philippe will oversee the business operations for Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter, The Outnet and Yoox in Japan, driving the continued market growth of the four multi-brand online stores and providing customers with an evermore localised experience. Philippe, whose role is effective immediately, will report to Paolo Mascio, Chief Regional Officer.

Brady announced ambassadorship with Shedeur Sanders
Brady announced their ambassadorship with star collegiate athlete Shedeur Sanders, the quarterback at Jackson State University, playing for their football team, the Tigers.
