The multihyphenate artist will host the ceremony celebrating American fashion on November 3 in New York
The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has announced that Teyana Taylor will serve as host of the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards presented by Amazon Fashion.
An acclaimed actress, singer, choreographer, director, and creative force, Taylor has built a multifaceted career defined by artistic versatility and cultural influence. She recently starred in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another to critical acclaim, and will next appear alongside Kim Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash-Betts, Naomi Watts, and Glenn Close in Ryan Murphy’s All’s Fair on Hulu. In 2026, she will star opposite Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in Netflix’s The Rip.
This year’s ceremony will feature a lineup of celebrity presenters from across fashion, film, and media. Leslie Bibb and Joseph Altuzarra will present the American Womenswear Designer of the Year award, while Benito Skinner and Jennifer Fisher will announce the American Accessory Designer of the Year. Addison Rae and Christopher John Rogers will present the Google Shopping American Emerging Designer of the Year award.
Thom Browne will present Ralph Rucci with the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award. Julianne Moore will present the Founder’s Award in honor of Eleanor Lambert to Cynthia Rowley, and Ava DuVernay will present the Innovation Award Presented by Amazon Fashion to Jerry Lorenzo of Fear of God. Nicole Phelps will introduce the Isabel Toledo Board of Directors’ Tribute to Andre Walker, while Ariana DeBose and Amber Valletta will present the Positive Change Award to Donatella Versace.
Creative entrepreneur and media personality Jenna Lyons returns as the official CFDA Red Carpet Host.
Amazon Fashion continues its role as the presenting partner of the CFDA Fashion Awards. Additional supporters include Google Shopping for the American Emerging Designer of the Year award, M·A·C Cosmetics as the Official Beauty Partner, Krug as the Official Champagne Partner, and Lincoln as the Official Transportation Partner.
The 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards will take place on Monday, November 3, at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
