The House’s Next Cruise Collection Will Be Presented at the Iconic Italian Destination on April 29
Chanel has announced that it will showcase its Cruise 2026 collection on April 29, 2025, at the picturesque Lake Como in Italy. Known for staging its Cruise collections in iconic global destinations, Chanel continues this tradition by setting the upcoming show against the scenic backdrop of one of Italy’s most famous lakes.
Each year, Chanel’s Cruise collection is an exploration of the brand’s signature style, filtered through the unique lens of various locales around the world. Previous shows have been held in cities such as Paris, New York, Venice, Singapore, Dubai, Seoul, Havana, Monaco, Los Angeles, and, most recently Marseille – which was the location for the final Cruise collection from former creative director Virginie Viard. As the house has yet to announce her successor, it remains unclear whether the collection will be the work of a single creative director, or if the brand’s in-house design studio will still be leading the creation of the collections at that point.
In describing the Cruise collection, Chanel emphasized via a statement that it is “more than an invitation to travel;” rather, it is “an encounter with the energy and singularity of a destination whose inspirational art de vivre makes the whole world dream.”
