Produced with Marcolin, the Collection Balances a Heritage of Parisian Elegance with New Innovations
Christian Louboutin has introduced its latest eyewear collection, introducing new technical innovations while staying true to the brand’s inspiration of Parisian elegance. Produced in collaboration with Marcolin, the collection integrates the signature elements of Louboutin’s design ethos with the functional demands of high-quality eyewear.
The collection features a mix of acetate and metal, crafted to balance artistry with practicality. Each frame showcases a distinctive red accent, reminiscent of Louboutin’s iconic red-soled shoes, linking back to the brand’s fashion heritage.
Drawing on Louboutin’s quest for perfect structural lines, the women’s styles incorporate art-deco details, while the men’s frames are characterized by distinctive studs on the temples. The eyewear uses a palette of black, red, leather, and gold accents, broadening its appeal with a range of colors that enhance each design.
The line includes options for both sunglasses and optical frames. For women, the Miss Z line offers statement-making aesthetics designed to stand out, alongside the Hot Chick cluster which features silhouettes inspired by sensual icons. For men, the Greggo, Roller, and Georges lines offer refined styling with attention to detail, tailored to accentuate personal style. Additionally, the Loubishark frames introduce a novel design with temples inspired by a shark bite, adding a unique touch to the collection.
With the launch, Christian Louboutin Eyewear has also introduced new ZEISS lenses designed exclusively for this line, offering features such as anti-reflective coatings, glare reduction, and enhanced durability to meet the brand’s standards for quality and comfort.
