Coach slows down the speed of life with its Spring 2025 campaign. Titled “On Your Own Time,” the campaign was shot by photographer Elaine Constantine with film direction by Henry Scholfield.

Constantine’s images capture a cast of house ambassadors – Elle Fanning, Nazha, Kōki, and Youngji Lee – in dynamic portraits that seem to freeze the characters in spontaneous moments of confident self-expression, despite the intensity of the cityscapes they find themselves in. “I love the freedom and spontaneity of the photography, the sense of a personal, stolen moment within a busy urban crowd,” reflected the brand’s creative director Stuart Vevers on the visual approach.

The campaign extends this concept through a pair of films, one starring Elle Fanning and one starring Nazha, that bring to life the titular idea of living “On Your Own Time.” Unfolding against bustling urban environments, the narrative finds each character distracted by an overwhelming onslaught of phone notifications. Reclaiming their time and attention, however, they steel themselves and tuck the phone into a Coach Tabby bag. From here, this altered mindset is reflected by a metaphorical ability to control time: the heroines move through the city and playfully change the speed of passersby, speeding them up and slowing them down.

The cleverly executed story concept feels like a seamless extension of the brand’s recent direction of confident, multifaceted self-expression, which in the Spring 2025 collection drew inspiration from the spontaneous and unpretentious styles of the next generation in New York. In an overwhelming, fast-paced world, the invitation to slow down is a welcome one, and Coach sends it in style.
