Glenn Martens and Karol G fuse music, color, and attitude in a capsule inspired by Tropicoqueta
Diesel and global music superstar Karol G have unveiled an exclusive capsule collection that fuses the artist’s bold personal style with the brand’s rebellious spirit of freedom, self-expression, and nonconformity.

Creative director Glenn Martens designed the nine-piece collection as a celebration of Karol G’s music and creative vision, particularly her latest album Tropicoqueta, released in June. Inspired by the album’s vivid visuals, the lineup spans ready-to-wear, denim, swimwear, and accessories, unified by a palette of sunset orange and prints of lotus flowers and coconuts.
Standout pieces include an orange metallic bikini, a one-piece swimsuit, and a knit dress adorned with strategically placed lotus motifs. A floral-print T-shirt features the phrase LATINA FOREVA—a nod to one of the album’s tracks—while a gray denim biker jacket and long shorts shimmer with all-over silver and gold mylar. Accessories include a coordinating baseball cap, orange sunglasses, and an exclusive version of Diesel’s Double-D bag designed by Karol G herself, featuring a playful silhouette and custom lotus print.

The collaboration deepens Diesel’s connection with Latin America and underscores the brand’s growing roster of high-profile creative partnerships, which includes Rihanna, Damiano David, and Hoshi. Diesel previously dressed Karol G for her appearance at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.
