Dior Hits the Slopes with Its Latest DiorAlps Capsule

The 2024 Edition of DiorAlps Extends Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Miss Dior to Après-Ski Funtionality

Maria Grazia Chiuri’s latest DiorAlps capsule offers a fresh take on winter fashion, combining elements of high-performance design with couture-inspired details. Designed to capture the essence of the mountains and the practicality required for alpine activities, the collection balances functionality and aesthetic appeal, drawing influence from recent Dior runway shows.

The Miss Dior Graffiti print, introduced in the autumn-winter 2024-2025 ready-to-wear collection, features prominently across puffas, jackets, après-ski boots, and the Miss Dior bag. This design references the original Miss Dior line created in 1967 by Marc Bohan and Philippe Guibourgé, updated to appeal to contemporary tastes. Other pieces, such as ski goggles with the “Christian Dior” logo and the Dior Oblique motif, connect the collection to Dior’s recognizable heritage.

Practicality is emphasized in the technical features of the collection. Ski pants with reinforced knees are designed for comfort and durability, while knitwear and accessories such as scarves, hats, and gloves showcase the DiorStar motif, a reinterpretation of the brand’s iconic lucky star emblem.
