Dior has announced the opening of the House of Dior Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive, marking a new chapter in the brand’s history and long-standing connection with California. The flagship is designed to reference nature, a theme that Christian Dior valued throughout his work.
Architect Peter Marino designed the four-floor building, which he described as a “realm of dreams,” bringing together architecture, nature, and fashion. The undulating limestone and stucco exterior leads into a minimalist interior where a central staircase rises through a three-story garden by Marino and landscape architect Peter Wirtz.

Inside, light-filled spaces display collections across women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewelry, Dior Maison, and fragrances. Limited-edition pieces have been created specifically for this location. Botanical details appear throughout the store, reinforcing the natural atmosphere that shapes the visitor experience.
Art plays a central role in the flagship, with works curated by Marino and Dior. The selection includes pieces by Karine Laval, Adam McEwen, Florian & Michael Quistrebert, Jorge Galindo, Adam Fuss, and a commissioned painting by John McAllister. Furniture by Franck Evennou, Ado Chale, and Vladimir Kagan, along with gilded and lacquered metal panels by Nancy Lorenz, add to the environment.
The third floor introduces Monsieur Dior, the House’s first restaurant outside Paris, led by three-star Michelin chef Dominique Crenn. The menu takes inspiration from Dior’s archive and ties to Hollywood. A large photograph of Château de La Colle Noire, Dior’s estate in Provence, greets visitors, while a vegetal wall and commissioned artwork by Nicole Wittenberg frame the dining space.
Private VIP lounges are located on the top floor, designed with the intimacy of 30 Montaigne in mind, and include a terrace with views over Beverly Hills. Window displays feature miniature vignettes styled as film sequences, presenting red carpet imagery and behind-the-scenes moments from Dior’s history in the United States.
