The Expansive Location in Qatar’s International Airport Offers Travelers a Luxurious Dior Experience
Dior continues its expansion into beauty and wellbeing with the opening of its first airport Dior Spa location at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. Developed in collaboration with Qatar Duty Free, the airport’s retail operator, the luxury spa opened on May 7th.
Situated adjacent to the ORCHARD, the indoor tropical garden within Hamad International Airport, the new Dior spa spans two levels and boasts two entrances – one accessible through the Dior boutique and the other through the Qatar Airways business lounge. Designed to offer respite from the airport’s hustle and bustle, the Dior Luxury Beauty Retreat Doha aims to provide travelers with a genuine moment of relaxation and well-being.
Covering an expansive area of 800 square meters, the Dior Luxury Beauty Retreat is hailed as the largest of its kind globally. The spa’s design integrates materials such as wood and onyx, creating an ambiance of refined luxury.
The ground floor features a boutique space reminiscent of a Parisian apartment, blending beauty and lifestyle elements. Visitors can explore a curated selection of Dior Maison items alongside fragrances and skincare products from La Collection Privée Christian Dior. Additionally, travelers can undergo personalized skin diagnoses using the SkinScanner technology available in the boutique.
On the spa’s first floor, guests will discover eight treatment rooms, each embodying the design ethos of Dior. From the rose quartz massage table in the Rose des Vents room to the mashrabiyya latticework in the Dior Cannage room, every space offers a unique sensory experience. The centerpiece of the spa is the Constellation double treatment room, complete with a starry sky ceiling reminiscent of Christian Dior’s passion for travel. Equipped with a private steam room and jacuzzi, this room provides travelers with the perfect retreat to combat jet lag and harmonize mind and body.
The spa menu features a selection of skincare protocols developed using Dior Floral Science, including treatments from the L’Or de Vie and Dior Prestige lines. One of the signature offerings, the Escale à Doha treatment, promises a rejuvenating experience for weary travelers.
Expanding its offerings, Dior introduces dedicated men’s well-being services, including customized barber treatments such as the Dior Luxury Barber Experience and the Dior Shave. Expert barbers provide personalized consultations to cater to individual skin and beard needs, offering services ranging from grooming to facial massages and hydration treatments.
