Etro Unveils ‘The Intimate Living’ Home Collection

Just in time for transitioning to some more ‘at home’ time for winter, Etro has released its latest home collection, ‘The Intimate Living.’

White, beige, greige and champagne: the neutral palette lends delicate charm to the furnishings. Exotic accents of ethnic inspiration give life to a mix of atmospheres that recall faraway lands, confirming the nomadic spirit of Etro’s DNA. The distinguishing elements of the Etro Home Interiors line are highlighted: iconic fabrics and refined materials are combined with evocative patterns and symbolic themes such as the Pegasus and the Etro monogram.

At the center of the living room, the Madras sofa, enveloping and elegant, is characterized by soft classic lines and upholstered in a soft cream velvet enhanced by a leather belt, a contrasting decorative element that emphasizes the harmony of the shapes. A furnishing element expressing the brand’s institutional character through details such as the decorative lateral buckle in light brass with Etro logo and the geometric monogram pattern. Combined with the sofa, the Madras armchair is upholstered with precious Leroy fabric with a typical cashmere design, presented this year in a warm grey-beige shade.

Seductive and evocative, the Shah armchair features tribal elements: the name, of ethnic inspiration, refers to the kings of the Persian tradition and the cushion resting on the seat recalls Ottoman poufs. The detail of the Pegasus positioned on the back emphasizes the link with Etro heritage, while the decorative silk tassels on the cushions add a classic twist to the whole, confirming the eclectic and versatile personality of the armchair.

The set is completed by the Ambar coffee tables, a reference to the African continent: featuring a precious Carbalho wooden structure, these refined items evoke the shapes and materials of the typical tribal percussions. The decorative mirror in the center of the top of one of the two tables adds a bright note, just like the thin polished brass structure, which contrasts with the materiality of the wood.
