A luminous global rollout transforms boutique windows into immersive celebrations of metamorphosis, craftsmanship, and seasonal wonder
Fendi ushers in the 2025 holiday season with a cinematic new world of light, color, and craft, drawing inspiration from the Falena butterfly wing pattern introduced in the Pre-Collection Spring/Summer 2026. Beginning in November, the house unveils dedicated windows and festive installations across key boutiques, reimagining the season through the lens of transformation. Rooted in the symbolism of metamorphosis, the concept turns every Falena into “a spark in the joyful constellation of the holiday season,” pairing sophistication with a sense of enchantment.

The windows — debuting at London’s Harrods and Paris’s Avenue Montaigne — showcase an eight-phase metamorphosis of the Falena brought to life through a magnetic installation. Referencing patterns from the Spring/Summer 2026 pre-collection, the moths are adorned with polka dots, fur details, and touches of Fendi’s signature yellow. Luxurious materials such as Cuoio Romano leather, intricate embroidery, refined intarsia, and polished gold accents underscore the house’s craftsmanship. Set against a magenta backdrop washed with a soft white gradient, the Falenas unfurl like radiant fans, creating a sculptural play of light and shadow that animates the festive tableaux.
Extending the theme outdoors, Fendi’s irreverent palette of turquoise, mandarin, slate blue, and blush pink dresses the holiday tree at Largo Goldoni, in front of the Fendi Roma Palazzo Boutique. Unveiled on November 28th, the mirrored metal structure is adorned with glass ornaments printed with graphics from the Pre-Collection Spring/Summer 2026, offering a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional tree. With its combination of dreamlike visuals, elevated craft, and an emphasis on transformation, Fendi invites audiences worldwide to step into an imaginative celebration of the season.
